The Executive Briefing Programme is a series of lunch events designed to provide valuable information to senior executives, advisors and consultants in the technology sector.

Simon Orme, Managing Partner, Forensic Management Foundation, www.forensicmanagement.co.uk

We have conducted research to identify key business issues that are relevant to our sector and to identify speakers who bring real authority and expertise to the discussions.

The Executive Briefings also provide opportunities to network with people who have a shared interest in business development in this sector.

The Briefings will be chaired by Simon Orme, Managing Partner of the Forensic Management Foundation.

The third Executive Briefing of 2017 is with guest speaker Martin Adcock, Managing Director, Experimentus who will be speaking about Quality assurance and testing in emerging markets.

The prevalence of IT in all of our lives and the spread of Digitisation create levels of dependence that have a huge impact on suppliers and consumers alike. Technical and process failures are quickly detected and the prevalence of social media means that faults are rapidly publicised with serious financial and reputational impacts. Quality assurance and rigorous testing are critical defence measures in solution development and delivery as also is the need to address security vulnerabilities.

Quality assurance and testing is a generic issue and a natural topic for the Executive Briefing programme. Martin has very extensive experience in this field and will explore the challenges and opportunities facing system integrators and developers in emerging markets.
